Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

1. What Data We Collect and Why
Photos You Upload
To generate a baby image, you upload photos of two parents. These photos are used solely for AI image generation and are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the generation process is complete (within 2–5 minutes at most).
We do not store, analyze, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.
Anonymous User ID
A random, anonymous user ID is created when you first open the app, with no name, email address, or personal information required. This ID is used to store your credit balance and generation history.
If you choose to sign in with Apple ID or email, that information is used only for account authentication.
In-App Purchases
Purchase transactions are processed securely by Apple. We only receive information about whether a purchase was successful — your payment details are never shared with us.
Usage Data
We may collect general app usage statistics (e.g., number of sessions, feature usage) to improve the app. This data is anonymous and not linked to your identity.

- Kie.ai — AI image generation (your photos are sent to this service only for processing and are not stored)
- OpenAI — Name suggestions and content moderation
- Supabase — Database and storage infrastructure (generated images are stored here)
- Apple — In-app purchase processing
All providers operate in compliance with international data protection standards.
4. Children’s Privacy
Baiby is rated 17+ and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Data Security
All data transmissions are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. API keys and service credentials are never stored in the app itself — they are kept only in secure server environments.
6. Your Rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access your data — View your generation history within the app
- Delete your account — Go to Profile → Delete Account. All your data (user record, generation history, stored images) is permanently deleted immediately
- Delete your photos — Parent photos are automatically deleted immediately after generation; no action needed on your part
